Established in 2019, AWEHOME was the vision of sibling duo Yasmin & Lance who after a decade of experience in shared homes themselves, joined forces to set a new standard of accommodation and provide a rental experience better in every way to which they experienced themselves over the years.

Transforming unloved properties into large inviting shared homes, is a big team effort. The talented and hardworking AWEHOME build team bring this vision to life. With no task too big or small, the team share the passion and enthusiasm to get the job done and ensure the highest quality and standards are maintained throughout.

Yasmin works closely with the build team on site. A talented creative who thinks outside the box to create efficient, comfortable and stylish spaces for tenants to enjoy.
Lance
Director and co-founder
Lance works behind the scenes to guide the strategic direction of the business. A sharp eye for detail and relentless work ethic ensure that no stone is left unturned.
